The implementation of quarantine or isolation measures shall be made in written notice. At time of emergencies, the written notice may be issued within three days after the acceptance of quarantine or isolation. The written notice shall be served on the persons concerned, with copy to the quarantine or isolation sites. When quarantine or isolation is concluded, the same applies.
