Dental Technicians Act Article 30

Except for people who conform to the provisions in Paragraph 3 or Paragraph 4 of Article 12, Paragraph 1 of Article 57, or Paragraph 1 of Article 58 herein, people without the qualification of dental technician or assistant dental technician but performing dental laboratory work shall be subject to a fine of not less than NT$30,000 and not more than NT$150,000. However the preceding provision does not apply to the following people who receive practical training under the supervision of a dentist or dental technician:1. Students of department of dentistry, or section or department of dental laboratory technology; or2. Graduates within five years from the date of receiving a diploma from a department of dentistry, or section or department of dental laboratory technology.
