Dental Technicians Act Article 29
A dental technician or assistant dental technician who lends or leases his or her license or certificate to others shall have dental technician or assistant dental technician certificate annulled and the case shall be forwarded to the prosecutor’s office according to law if the act involves criminal responsibility.
