For the purposes of promoting the development of the medical industry, improving the quality and efficiency of medical care, and balancing the distribution of medical care resources, the central competent authority shall adopt incentive measures.The regulations regarding the items, methods, and other coordinative measures of the incentive measures referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall be determined by the central competent authority.

中央主管機關為促進醫療事業發展、提升醫療品質與效率及均衡醫療資源，應採取獎勵措施。
