Medical Care Act Article 92

The central competent authority shall establish a medical development fund for the purpose of providing the incentives referred to in the preceding Article. The regulations regarding the revenues and expenditures, safekeeping, and use of the fund shall be determined by the Executive Yuan.

中央主管機關得設置醫療發展基金，供前條所定獎勵之用；其基金之收支、保管及運用辦法，由行政院定之。
