Enforcement Rules of the Physicians Act Article 15

To request a physician, doctor of Chinese medicine, or dentist license under Article 7 of the Act, applicants shall fill out the designated application form, attach the corresponding examination passing certificate issued by the Examination Yuan, and submit the application along with the prescribed license issuance fee to the central competent authority for approval.The application and approval process referred to in the preceding paragraph may be conducted electronically through a system established by the central competent authority.
