Enforcement Rules of the Physicians Act Article 14

Europe, as described in Article 4–1 of the Act, refers to the member states of the European Union and the United Kingdom.Individuals seeking to take licensure examinations with a foreign degree from a country or jurisdiction listed in Article 4–1, Subparagraph 1 of the Act must have completed the entire medical program in an eligible country or jurisdiction. Credits transferred from other countries or jurisdictions shall not be recognized.
