Patient Right to Autonomy Act Article 11
A health care agent may terminate the designation at any time in writing.A health care agent shall, ipso facto, be dismissed under any of the following circumstances:1. If the health care agent becomes mentally impaired due to a disease or an accident after a relevant medical or psychiatric assessment.2. If the health care agent becomes subject to the adjudication of the commencement of assistance or guardianship.

醫療委任代理人得隨時以書面終止委任。
醫療委任代理人有下列情事之一者，當然解任：
一、因疾病或意外，經相關醫學或精神鑑定，認定心智能力受損。
二、受輔助宣告或監護宣告。
