Competent authorities of the municipal or county (city) government shall assign personnel as soon as possible to conduct the interview, investigation and necessary measures and submit an investigation report in accordance with the provisions below after ranking and categorizing the cases, unless otherwise provided by other laws and regulations.The investigation referred to in the preceding paragraph shall include the following: 1. Group 1: The interview and investigation record, safety assessment results and suggestions on following movement for children and youth. 2. Group 2: The concerned party's statement and interview and investigation record, related facts and evidence, investigation results and suggestions on resolution. 3. Group 3: related records for the process of inquiry.The deadline by which the investigation report referred to in Paragraph 1 shall be submitted is shown in the attachment.Attachment.odt
