Regulations for the Distribution of Donations Received by the Government to Savings Accounts for Future Education and Development of Children and Youth Article 4
The following applicants shall be given priority in respect of the assistance for those who suffer hardships in life in paying their self-deposits, as set forth in Subparagraph 1, Paragraph 1 of the preceding paragraph:1. Children or youth who meet the criteria provided in Subparagraph 2, Article 6 of the Act;2. Children or youth who come from a family with two or more applicants;3. Children or youth with disabilities;4. Aboriginal children or youth;5. Other children or youth in need of such assistance, as determined by the competent authorities at the municipality or city/county level.

前條第一項第一款協助繳納自存款之生活陷入困境者，以下列開戶人為優先：
一、符合本條例第六條第二款之兒童或少年。
二、同一家戶有二以上開戶人之兒童或少年。
三、身心障礙之兒童或少年。
四、原住民之兒童或少年。
五、其他經直轄市、縣（市）主管機關認定確有需要之兒童或少年。
