Regulations for the Distribution of Donations Received by the Government to Savings Accounts for Future Education and Development of Children and Youth Article 3
If donors have specified the purpose for which their donations are to be used, their donations shall be used for the specified purpose; if donors have not specified any purpose, their donations shall be used for the following purposes:1. Money: Monetary donations shall be used to assist applicants of savings accounts for future education and development of children and youth who suffer hardships in life in paying their self-deposits after visits and evaluations by the competent authorities at the municipality or city/county level.2. Property: Property donations are provided for applicants of savings accounts for future education and development of children and youth and their families. The donations set forth in the preceding paragraph may also be used for purposes pertaining to the promotion of savings accounts for future education and development of children and youth.

捐贈人捐贈財物，有指定用途者，應依該指定用途使用；未指定用途者，依下列用途使用：
一、金錢：經直轄市、縣（市）主管機關訪視評估，協助生活陷入困境之兒童及少年未來教育與發展帳戶開戶人繳納自存款。
二、物品：提供物品予兒童及少年未來教育與發展帳戶開戶人及其家庭。
前項財物，並得為推展兒童及少年未來教育與發展帳戶相關事項之用途使用。
一、金錢：經直轄市、縣（市）主管機關訪視評估，協助生活陷入困境之兒童及少年未來教育與發展帳戶開戶人繳納自存款。
二、物品：提供物品予兒童及少年未來教育與發展帳戶開戶人及其家庭。
前項財物，並得為推展兒童及少年未來教育與發展帳戶相關事項之用途使用。
