Regulations on Management of Volunteer Service Certificates and Service Record Books Article 6
A Service Certificate and a Record Book shall be used and stored by the volunteer himself/herself, and may not be borrowed to others, used by someone else, or used inappropriately.If a volunteer violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph or the rules prescribed by the volunteer service exerciser, the volunteer service exerciser shall make corrections, record the action in the Record Book, and not adopt the service records; if necessary, they may also call back the Service Certificate and write off the certificate number.

服務證及紀錄冊由志工使用及保管，不得轉借、冒用或不當使用。
志工有違反前項或志願服務運用單位之規定者，志願服務運用單位應予糾正及註記於紀錄冊，其服務紀錄不予採計；必要時，並得收回服務證及註銷證號。
