Regulations for Management, Utilization, and Supervision of the National Pension Insurance Fund Article 11
The BLF shall formulate an investment policy for the Fund and draft the Fund’s utilization plan prior to the commencement of each year. The plan shall include the estimates of the Fund’s income and expenditure provided by the BLI. It shall be submitted to the Supervisory Commission for examination and then to the Ministry of Health and Welfare for approval.

本基金之運用，應由基金運用局擬訂投資政策書，且於每年度開始前擬編本基金運用計畫，該計畫並應納入勞保局提供之基金收支預估資料，提經監理會審議通過，報請衛生福利部核定。
