Regulations for Management, Utilization, and Supervision of the National Pension Insurance Fund Article 12
The BLF shall submit a report about the utilization of the Fund to the BLI on a monthly basis.The BLI shall submit a report about the income, expenditure, and utilization of the Fund and the accumulated amount thereof to the Supervisory Committee for examination on a monthly basis and then to the Ministry of Health and Welfare for review and record. The Ministry of Health and Welfare shall also announce the same on a yearly basis.

本基金之運用情形，基金運用局應按月送勞保局。
本基金之收支、運用情形及其積存數額，勞保局應按月彙報監理會審議通過，報請衛生福利部備查，衛生福利部並應按年公告之。
