Regulations of Meat Inspection Article 18
Poultry carcass or viscera having any of the following conditions shall be detained and removed from the slaughter line. Otherwise, it shall be interpreted as fail:1.When a poultry carcass passing the inspection station, its corresponding viscera is missing, incomplete or not taken out, or not well presented for inspection.2.More detailed examination, testing or other actions is required before a decision of pass/fail can be made.

家禽屠體、內臟具有下列情形之一者，該屠體、內臟應予稽留，並將之撤離屠宰線，未撤離者應判定不合格：
一、家禽屠體及其內臟經過獸醫檢查站時，內臟不明原因之缺失或不全、內臟未取出或未將內臟妥予排列者。
二、經屠後檢查認為須經縝密檢查、檢驗或其他處理後再為判定時。
