Act on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Animal Diseases Article 32-1
If parts of quarantine objects after quarantine are deemed unqualified by the import/export animal quarantine authorities, the whole batch shall be assessed as unqualified objects. However, after the import/export animal quarantine authorities determine that the quarantine batches are not likely to spread infectious animal diseases or cross-contamination, the quarantine inspection results may be assessed individually.The import/export animal quarantine authorities should notify the result of quarantine inspection to the importers, exporters or their agents.Unqualified objects after quarantine inspection is not allowed to apply for re-inspection.

輸出入動物檢疫機關對檢疫物執行檢疫時，有部分檢疫物經檢疫不合格者，應評定為整批不合格。
但輸出入動物檢疫機關評估該批檢疫物彼此間無傳播動物傳染病及交叉污染之虞者，得個別認定其檢疫結果。
檢疫之結果，由輸出入動物檢疫機關通知輸入人、輸出人或其代理人。
檢疫不合格者，不得申請複檢。
