Veterinary Drugs Control Act Article 33
A person making or importing counterfeit/banned veterinary drugs – except for the one described in Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1 of Article 5– shall be sentenced to imprisonment more than one year but less than seven years, and a fine of not more than NT$4.5 million shall be imposed.If the offense specified in the preceding Paragraph results in the death of a person, the offender shall be sentenced to life imprisonment or imprisonment for not less than seven years; if it causes serious injury, the offender shall be sentenced to imprisonment for more than three years but less than ten years.Those who commit the offense specified in Paragraph 1 due to negligence shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three years, detention, or fined no more than NT$ 500,000.The person/entity having attempted the act in Paragraph 1 is subject to penalty.
中文原文 動物用藥品管理法第33條
製造或輸入動物用偽藥或禁藥者，除有第五條第一項第二款但書所定情形外，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑，併科新臺幣四百五十萬元以下罰金。
犯前項之罪，因而致人於死者，處無期徒刑或七年以上有期徒刑；致重傷者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
因過失犯第一項之罪者，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科新臺幣五十萬元以下罰金。
第一項之未遂犯罰之。
