The Farmers Association Act Article 22-1

Elections to replace the out-going elected officers of a Farmer’s Association shall be completed thirty days prior to the expiration of the term of office of the out-going officers or on a date specified by the competent authority.Elected officers of a Farmers’ Association shall assume office on the prescribed date. For those elected through a rerun or supplementary election, or if for any reason the election cannot be completed and the office assumed within the prescribed time, the term of office shall still be counted from the prescribed date.
