The Farmers Association Act Article 22
The term of office for directors and supervisors of a Farmers’ Association shall be four years, and they may be re-elected for one additional term. However, the number of re-elected individuals shall not exceed half of the total number of directors and supervisors.Within seven days after the election to replace directors and supervisors whose terms of office have expired, as referred to in the preceding paragraph, resumes of the directors and supervisors, along with a list of any increase or decrease in membership, shall be submitted to the competent authority for recordation.

農會理、監事任期均為四年，連選得連任一次。
但連任人數不得超過理、監事名額二分之一。
前項理、監事任期屆滿改選完成後，應於七日內將理、監事簡歷冊，連同會員增減名冊報請主管機關備案。
