Agricultural Insurance Act Article 11
The competent authority shall assist the insurer in developing agricultural insurance products.The competent authority may subsidize insurance loadings or give incentives to insurers for handling agricultural insurance.The recipients, qualifications, review procedures and basis, abolition and other matters to be complied with for the subsidy or incentives specified in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the competent authority.

主管機關應協助保險人研發農業保險商品。
主管機關得補助保險人辦理農業保險之附加費用或提供獎勵。
前項補助或獎勵之對象、申請資格、審查程序、基準、補助或獎勵之廢止及其他應遵行事項之辦法，由主管機關定之。
