Agricultural Insurance Act Article 10
The competent authority may provide a subsidy to the proposer’s premium for the agricultural insurance. The rate of subsidy shall be determined according to the subject matter insured and the type of insurance and the upper limit shall be fixed at 75%. However, the foregoing shall not apply to mandatory insurance.The competent authorities shall regularly review and adjust the subsidy ratios referred to in the preceding paragraph based on the needs of agricultural development.The competent authority may adjust the amount of cash relief provided for in the Agricultural Natural Disasters Relief Regulations based on the subject matter insured, insurance type, and the recipient and premium subsidy.The recipient, rate, amount, application procedure, issuance, rescission of subsidy and other matters to be complied with for the premium subsidization specified in Paragraph 1 shall be prescribed by the competent authority.

主管機關得對要保人投保農業保險之保險費予以補助；其補助比率，得依保險標的及險種而定，以百分之七十五為上限。
但屬強制投保者，不在此限。
前項補助比率，主管機關應考量農業發展之需要定期檢討、調整。
主管機關得視保險標的、險種、保險費補助之對象及比率，調整農業天然災害救助辦法之現金救助額度。
第一項保險費補助之對象、比率、額度、申請程序、核發、補助之廢止及其他應遵行事項之辦法，由主管機關定之。
但屬強制投保者，不在此限。
前項補助比率，主管機關應考量農業發展之需要定期檢討、調整。
