Agricultural Finance Act Article 22
The business of the Agricultural Bank of Taiwan are limited to the following：1. Financing major agricultural infrastructures2. Financing special agriculture cases by the government3. Financing agriculture, forestry, fishery and animal industries that are in-line with policies of agriculture and fishery associations.4. All operations mentioned in all paragraphs of Article 71 in Banking Law5. Other operations that are discussed by the central authorities and governing authorities of Banking Law as well as other operations that are approved by related governing authorities.The Agricultural Bank of Taiwan that obtained approval from the Central Bank of the Republic of China are able to process foreign currency businesses.

全國農業金庫經營之業務項目以下列為限：
一、重大農業建設融資。
二、政府農業專案融資。
三、配合農、漁業政策之農、林、漁、牧融資。
四、銀行法第七十一條各款所列業務。
五、其他經中央主管機關會商銀行法主管機關及其他有關機關核准辦理之業務。
全國農業金庫經中央銀行許可者，得辦理外匯業務。
