Agricultural Finance Act Article 21
The following items should be resolved in the supervisors’ meeting. Each supervisor should recommend and select one of the independent supervisors as the head supervisor who would act as the chairperson in the supervisors’ meeting:1. Audit business operations of agricultural finance institutions2. Check accounts of all types and inspect balance sheets periodically3. Prosecute any violations of this Act and articles of incorporation4. Examine annual budgets proposed by the board of directors5. Other regulations in the articles of incorporationThe supervisors’ meeting for making resolutions should be attended by 50% or more supervisors. Resolutions would only be effective if over 50% or more supervisors attend the meeting. The supervisors attending the meeting should vote in every resolution and cannot be waived.

下列事項，應經監察人會議決議；各監察人應推選獨立監察人中之一人為監察長，並擔任監察人會議主席：
一、農業金融機構業務之稽核。
二、各項帳目之查核及資產負債之定期檢查。
三、違背本法及章程之檢舉。
四、董事會所提年度決算案之審議。
五、其他章程規定之事項。
監察人會議之決議，應以半數以上監察人出席，出席監察人過半數之決議為之；出席之監察人就任何議案之表決，均不得棄權。
