Regulations for Issuing Distant Water Fisheries Catch Certificates Article 7
In case that the application as referred to in Article 6, paragraph 1 is under any of the circumstances as listed in Appendix 2, the concerned catch certificate shall not be issued.In case that any of the circumstances as listed in Appendix 2 is found after the issuance of a catch certificate, the competent authority shall withdraw such catch certificate. For any EU Catch Certificate being withdrawn, the competent authority shall notify the EU Directorate-General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (DG MARE).Appendix 2 Reasons for denial of catch certificates.odt

有下列情形之一者，不予核發漁船捕撈證明文件：
一、申請人不符合第四條第一項第一款規定。
二、圍網漁船漁獲物型態非冷凍全魚。
三、漁船未經主管機關許可從事遠洋漁業。
四、申請量超過轉載查核量；未經轉載查核者，申請量超過卸魚預報量。
