Enforcement Rules of Fishing Port Act Article 6
The fishing port planning referred to in Paragraph 1 or 2, Article 6 of the Act, shall include the following:1.Scope of water and land areas.2.Objective of port development.3.Plan on the distribution of the use of water area.4.Plan on the distribution of the use of land area.5.Plan on port facilities6.Plan on transport system7.Plan on construction of facilities8.Other related planning made by the competent authority.

三、水域分區使用計畫。
四、土地分區使用計畫。

八、其他主管機關所定之有關事項。
