Regulations for Recreational Fishery Article 21
Each trip of a recreational fishing vessel shall not exceed 48 hours.Areas of recreational fishery activities shall be limited to the areas within 30 nautical miles of the coast of Taiwan’s main island, Penghu area, the islands between the offshore islands, Pengjia Islet, Green Island, and Lanyu.For operation of recreational fishery in Kinmen and Matsu area, the fishery operator shall use locally-registered recreational fishing vessels. The autonomous regulations relating to the time and area of operation for the recreational fishery are to be stipulated by the competent authority of the local government in consultation with relevant authorities.

娛樂漁業活動時間，每航次以四十八小時為限。
娛樂漁業活動區域，以臺灣本島、澎湖地區、離島之島嶼間、彭佳嶼、綠島、蘭嶼距岸三十浬內之沿岸水域為限。
在金門、馬祖地區經營娛樂漁業，應使用當地籍娛樂漁業漁船，其娛樂漁業活動時間及區域等事項之自治法規，由當地主管機關會商有關機關訂定之。
