Regulations for Recreational Fishery Article 20
The captain of a recreational fishing vessel shall comply with the following requirements:(1) He/She shall not take passengers to islands or reefs not endorsed in the recreational fishery license.(2) He/She shall post copies of the recreational fishery license and liability and personal injury insurance policies in a noticeable place on board.(3) He/She shall not engage in any business activities other than recreational fishery.(4) While passengers disembark to conduct recreational fishery activities, the vessel shall be moored nearby, unless otherwise approved by the competent authority. Unless approved by the competent authority or under any extraordinary circumstances, the vessel shall carry all the passengers to return to a port.(5) Other requirements stipulated in relevant legislation.In the event that a recreational fishing vessel takes passengers out to sea for harvesting aquatic animals or plants, the fishery operator or captain shall, within 3 working days after port entry of each trip, fill in and submit the catch data in the electronic landing declaration system for coastal and offshore catches offloaded in domestic ports.

娛樂漁業漁船之船長應遵守下列事項：
一、不得搭載乘客登上娛樂漁業執照未加註之島嶼、礁岩。
二、將娛樂漁業執照、責任及傷害保險證書影本，張貼於船上明顯處所。
三、不得從事娛樂漁業以外之其他營業行為。
四、乘客離船從事娛樂漁業活動時，除經主管機關同意外，應將娛樂漁業漁船停泊於旁不得駛離；返航時，除有特殊事故或經主管機關同意外，應將乘客全數載回。
五、其他依法令應遵守事項。
娛樂漁業漁船搭載乘客出海採捕水產動植物後，漁業人或船長每航次進港後三個工作日內應於國內港口沿近海漁獲物卸魚聲明書資料庫電子化系統填報漁獲資料。
