The fishery operator shall insure the crew and passengers personal injury insurance, with the minimum coverage amount as NT$ 2 million per person.The fishery operator shall post in a noticeable place on board the amount and the contents of the personal injury insurance as referred to in the preceding paragraph, which shall also be specified on the tickets or chartering contract.

漁業人應為船員及乘客代為投保個人傷害保險，每一乘客或船員之最低投保金額新臺幣二百萬元。
漁業人應將前項傷害保險金額及保險內容公布於船上明顯處，並載明於船票或租船契約。
