Regulations for Recreational Fishery Article 18
The fishery operator shall insure against liability insurance, with the scope and minimum coverage amount as follows:(1) Death and injury: NT$ 2 million per person.(2) Accident: NT$ 2 million multiplied by maximum number of passengers and number of crew.

漁業人應投保責任保險；其保險範圍及最低投保金額如下：
一、傷亡：每人新臺幣二百萬元。
二、每一事故：依乘客定額加船員人數，乘以新臺幣二百萬元計算。
