Enforcement Rules of Food Administration Act Article 15
The rice grading and inspection system established by the competent authority under Article 13 of this Act shall be conducted as follows:1. Survey into the quality of rice produced and marketed.2. Assist with procurement, storage, processing and sales management of graded rice.3. Instruction for technology and methods in rice inspection.4. Inspection over quality specifications, packaging, labeling of the rice sold in the market, according to the grade of national quality specification standards or enacted quality specifications.

主管機關依本法第十三條規定建立稻米分級檢驗制度，應辦理下列工作：
一、調查稻米生產及市場銷售之品質。
二、輔導稻米分級收購、儲存、碾製及銷售管理。
三、指導稻米檢驗技術及方法。
四、依國家標準各等級或所定品質規格，對市場銷售稻米之品質規格、包裝、標示等實施檢驗。
