Enforcement Rules of Food Administration Act Article 14
Governmental support provided by the competent authority to quality rice in its production and marketing under Article 13 of this Act shall be conducted as follows:1. Planning of the areas optimal to quality rice farming.2. Recommendation of quality rice species.3. Instruction for rice farming technology.4. Instruction for post-harvesting drying, inspection, warehousing, processing, quality control and marketing management of grains.

主管機關依本法第十三條規定輔導優良品質稻米之產銷，應辦理下列工作：
一、規劃優良品質稻米適栽之地區。
二、推薦優良之稻作品種。
三、指導稻作田間栽培技術。
四、指導收穫後稻穀乾燥、檢驗、倉儲、加工、品管及流通管理。
