The followings are subject to fertilizers inspection:1.Fertilizer registration items as specified in Articles 5 through 10, and in Subparagraph 1 and 2 of Paragraph 1 of Articles 18 of this Act.2.Packaging and labeling related items as specified in Articles 12, 13 and 17, and in Subparagraph 3 of Paragraphs 1 of Article 18 of this Act.3.Fertilizer quality related items as specified in Paragraph 1 of Articles 14, and in Subparagraph 4 of Paragraphs 1 of Article 18 of this Act.4.Fertilizer advertising and marketing related items as specified in Articles 19 and 20 of this Act.5.Records of fertilizer manufacturing or importation, sale and warehousing as specified in Article 21 of this Act.

主管機關應辦理肥料查驗之事項如下：
一、有關本法第五條至第十條、第十八條第一項第一款及第二款所規定之肥料登記相關事項。
二、有關本法第十二條、第十三條、第十七條及第十八條第一項第三款所規定之肥料包裝、標示相關事項。
三、有關本法第十四條第一項、第十八條第一項第四款所規定之肥料品質相關事項。
四、有關本法第十九條、第二十條所規定之肥料廣告、宣傳相關事項。
五、有關本法第二十一條所規定之肥料製造或輸入、銷售及庫存記錄。
