The competent authority shall encourage relevant authorities (institutions), organizations or enterprises for preferential use of local organic agricultural products.The competent authority shall counsel authorities (institutions), organizations or enterprises to establish farmers' market to provide the channels for selling organic agricultural products.The competent authority may assist operators in establishing online platforms to provide consumers with direct channels to purchase from producers.
