Organic Agriculture Promotion Act Article 10
The competent authority shall devote to organic agriculture technology research and development, the provision of information and personnel training.The competent authority shall encourage its personnel to participate in organic agriculture related training.The Central Competent Authority shall participate in international organizations and international cooperation affairs to carry out the exchange of information, technology and personnel related to organic agriculture.
