Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers Article 8-1

When handling employment and management related affairs for foreign nationals as stipulated in Article 2, the Central Competent Authority can request necessary information be provided by related agencies (institutions), groups, legal persons, or individuals.Within the necessary scope of executing its statutory duties related to the employment and management of foreign nationals as stipulated in Article 2, thecentral competent authority for the target business can ask the Central Competent Authority to provide related information, including a list of foreign nationals approved to work, as specified in Article 2.The collection, processing, and use of information obtained by the Central Competent Authority and the central competent authority for the target business, in accordance with the preceding two paragraphs, should be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
