If as part of an application to employ foreign workers the necessary documentation in-cludes documents issued by government agencies (institutions) or state-owned enterprises that can be verified by the Central Competent Authority online, employers do not have to include said documents.The aforementioned documents will be announced by the Central Competent Authority.

雇主申請聘僱外國人之應備文件中，有經政府機關（構）或國營事業機構開具之證明文件，且得由中央主管機關自網路查知者，雇主得予免附。
