Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers Article 70
Employers unable to send notifications or file applications within the time specified in the Regulations will, with the approval of the Central Competent Authority, be permitted to send notifications or file applications within a newly determined set period of time.Only one such supplementary notification or application is allowed per notification or ap-plication.

雇主因故不能於本辦法規定期限內通知或申請者，經中央主管機關認可後，得於核准所定期限內，補行通知或申請。
