Regulations for the Implementation of the Employment Promotion Allowances Article 17
Recruiting units shall apply for the Labor Insurance, the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance, and the National Health Insurance for the persons working in the temporary jobs. However, provided that; temporary workers who are not legally entitled to join the Labor Insurance shall be enrolled in the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance.

用人單位應為從事臨時工作之人員辦理參加勞工保險、勞工職業災害保險及全民健康保險。
但臨時工作之人員依法不能參加勞工保險者，應為其辦理參加勞工職業災害保險。
