Regulations for the Implementation of the Employment Promotion Allowances Article 18
The persons referred to in Subparagraph 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 2, after providing employment counseling and training referral by public employment service institutions, or being accepted by vocational training institutions, which may be a governmental agency or a training institution consigned by the government, and their vocational training is a full day program in all sorts, then they may receive the living allowance for vocational training.The so called full day program of vocational training in the preceding Paragraph shall meet the following requirements:1.The period of training is more than one month.2.The days of training per week are more than four days.3.The hours of daily training are more than four hours in daytime.4.The total training hours are more than one hundred hours per month.

第二條第一項第二款人員經公立就業服務機構就業諮詢並推介參訓，或經政府機關主辦或委託辦理之職業訓練單位甄選錄訓，其所參訓性質為各類全日制職業訓練，得發給職業訓練生活津貼。
前項所稱全日制職業訓練，應符合下列條件：
一、訓練期間一個月以上。
二、每星期訓練四日以上。
三、每日訓練日間四小時以上。
四、每月總訓練時數一百小時以上。
