Standards for Fee-charging Items and Amounts of the Private Employment Services Institution Article 5
The profit employment services institution when being entrusted by foreign person to undertake business activities of employment services relating to work prescribed in Subparagraph 1 to Subparagraph 7 or Subparagraph 11 of Paragraph 1 of Article 46 of the Act may charge foreign person fees, of which the items and amounts are as follows:1. Registration fee and placement fee: Both fees in total shall not exceed the first month salary of foreign person, unless it is agreed by the foreign person that the conditions of recruitment are special.2. Services fee: No more than two thousand New Taiwan dollars per year.

營利就業服務機構接受外國人委任辦理從事本法第四十六條第一項第一款至第七款或第十一款規定工作之就業服務業務，得向外國人收取費用之項目及金額如下：

但求職條件特殊經外國人同意者，不在此限。
二、服務費：每年不得超過新臺幣二千元。
