Standards for Fee-charging Items and Amounts of the Private Employment Services Institution Article 4
The profit employment services institution when being entrusted by domestic job seeker to undertake business activities of employment services may charge domestic job seeker fees, of which the items and amounts are as follows:1. Registration fee and placement fee: Both fees in total shall not exceed five percent of job seeker's first month salary.2. Employment counseling fee: No more than one thousand New Taiwan dollars per hour.3. Vocational psychology-testing fee: Each test shall not be charged more than seven hundred New Taiwan dollars.

營利就業服務機構接受本國求職人委任辦理就業服務業務，得向本國求職人收取費用之項目及金額如下：

三、職業心理測驗費：每項測驗不得超過新臺幣七百元。
