Summary of the Amendments to the Regulations Governing Employment Enhancement of Unemployed Middle-Aged Persons and Elderly Persons Article 28
The payment criteria for the allowance in the preceding Article shall be based on the minimumwage per hour announced by the central competent authority butshall not exceed the minimumwage per month, subject to the maximum period of six months.
