Measures for the Establishment and Administration of Vocational Training Institutions Article 11

For those vocational training institutions applying to set up branch institutions, they shall apply to the local competent authorities for examination. After receiving the approval, the Central Competent Authority shall then issue the certificates of establishment. However, the establishment of these branch institutions is limited to those that are independent in the matters of organization, personnel and finance.

設立計畫書應記載下列事項：
一、設立目的。
二、職業訓練機構名稱及所在地。
三、設立主體名稱、所在地、負責人姓名及住所。
四、擬設訓練職類、容量、訓練實施方式、訓練期限、訓練目標及受訓資格。
五、土地面積及土地使用權取得情形。
六、建築物設計及使用權取得情形。
七、訓練設備規劃情形。
八、結訓學員就業輔導規劃情形。
九、組織編制。
十、師資及學員來源。
十一、經費概算及來源。
十二、預定開辦日期。
十三、開辦後之業務發展計畫。
