Law:: Regulations for Implementing and Rewarding Skills Competition

These Regulations are implemented on 1 September 2012.The amendments of this Directive will be implemented on the promulgation date. The amendments to Articles, 2, 26-1, 27-1, and 51 promulgated on June 6, 2019 shall be implemented on April 1, 2019; The amendments to Articles 51 and 52 promulgated on September 28, 2022 shall be implemented on April 1, 2022; the remaining amendments to these Regulations shall be implemented on the promulgation date.

本辦法自中華民國一百零一年九月一日施行。
本辦法修正條文，除中華民國一百零八年六月六日修正發布之第二條、第二十六條之一、第二十七條之一及第五十一條，自一百零八年四月一日施行；一百十一年九月二十八日修正發布之第五十一條及第五十二條，自一百十一年四月一日施行外，自發布日施行。
