Labor Inspection Act Article 29
If corrections are not made within the time limit and occupational accidents may occur, the labor inspector shall report to the labor inspection agency in charge. When necessary, the labor inspection agency shall notify the business entity to partially shut down or completely shut down the workplace.

勞動檢查員對事業單位未依勞動檢查機構通知限期改善事項辦理，而有發生職業災害之虞時，應陳報所屬勞動檢查機構；勞動檢查機構於認有必要時，得以書面通知事業單位部分或全部停工。
