Labor Inspection Act Article 28
(Ⅰ)When an imminent danger to the worker(s) is noted during a safety and health inspection, a labor inspector who is dispatched by the labor inspection agency shall notify the business entity in writing that shut down must be carried out at the affected workplace/operation.(Ⅱ)In the preceding Paragraph with imminent danger prescribed above shall be determined by the Central Competent Authority.

勞動檢查機構指派勞動檢查員對各事業單位工作場所實施安全衛生檢查時，發現勞工有立即發生危險之虞，得就該場所以書面通知事業單位逕予先行停工。
