The Rules shall be enforced as of the date of promulgation.Annex 1 of Article 3, Annex 2 of Article 4, Annex 3 of Article 5, Annex 11 of Article 13 and Annex 13 of Article 16 shall be enforced six months after the date of promulgation. The Subparagraph 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 14, Subparagraph 12 of Paragraph 1 of Article 18, Paragraph 3 of Article 20, Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 21 and Annex 14 of Article 17 shall be enforced one year after the date of promulgation.The amendments to the Rules promulgated on September 4, 2025 shall be enforced as of January 1, 2026.The amendments to the Rules promulgated on June 25, 2026 shall be enforced as of July 1, 2026, except for Annex 1 of Article 3, Annex 2 of Article 4, and Annex 3 of Article 5 which shall be enforced as of January 1, 2027.

本規則自發布日施行。
本規則中華民國一百十年七月七日修正發布之第三條附表一、第四條附表二、第五條附表三、第十三條附表十一、第十六條附表十三，自發布後六個月施行，及第十四條第一項第六款、第十八條第一項第十二款、第二十條第三項、第二十一條第一項第一款、第十七條附表十四自發布後一年施行。
本規則中華民國一百十四年九月四日修正發布之條文，自一百十五年一月一日施行。
本規則中華民國一百十五年六月二十五日修正發布之條文，除第三條附表一、第四條附表二、第五條附表三自一百十六年一月一日施行外，自一百十五年七月一日施行。
