Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Regulations Article 42-4
Where business entities operate product transactions or deliveries in an electronic form, and contract individuals without employment relationships with them to perform the deliveries in person, the business entity shall require newly joined individuals to receive safety and health education and training for at least one hour, with the course contents as follows:1. Hazard identification and prevention.2. Use of safety and health protective equipment.3. Emergency response handling.Business entities shall also conduct annual safety and health on-the-job education and training for individuals performing the deliveries in person, following the hours and course contents specified in the preceding paragraph.Instructors for the training in the preceding two paragraphs shall possess qualifications as occupational safety and health management personnel, or have been engaged in occupational safety and health management-related work for at least three years.Where the training in Paragraphs 1 and 2 is conducted in digital form, its course contents shall be reviewed by personnel of the business entity who possess the instructor qualifications specified in the preceding paragraph, and be approved by the central competent authority.

事業單位以數位方式經營商品交易或運送，且交付無僱傭關係之個人親自履行外送作業時，對於新加入者，應使其接受安全衛生教育訓練，至少一小時，課程內容如下：
一、危害辨識及預防。
二、安全衛生防護裝備使用。
三、緊急事故應變處理。
事業單位對親自履行外送作業之個人，每年亦應依前項規定之時數及課程內容，辦理安全衛生在職教育訓練。
前二項之講師，應具職業安全衛生管理人員資格，或從事職業安全衛生管理相關工作三年以上。
第一項及第二項之訓練，以數位方式辦理者，其課程內容應由事業單位具前項講師資格之人員審查後，並經中央主管機關認可。
