Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Regulations Article 20-3

The approved training units which meet the following conditions shall apply with the central competent authority for the occupational safety and health training unit assessment. The assessment results may be categorized into Excellent, Grade A, Grade B and Grade C, and also disclosed to the public:1.Received the certificate for passing the rating required the Talent Quality-Management System (TTQS), which still remains effective;2.Organized the training referred to in Articles 3~16 for 10 sessions in the most recent three years;3.Had not been imposed the decision for cancelation or revocation of the approval (permission), periodic suspension of the training business or suspension and reorganization of the training by the competent authority pursuant to Article 48 of the Rules or Article 39 of the Vocational Training Act within the most recent five year.The scope of the assessment referred to in the preceding paragraph covers the trainers, teaching materials, teaching methods, environment, facilities, administration, information management, and other matters considered by the central competent authority as required for the safety and health education and training.
