Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Regulations Article 20-2
The training units approved by the central competent authority in accordance with Paragraph 2, Article 20 (hereinafter referred to as the “approved training units”) shall refer to the relevant guidance promulgated by the central competent authority when recruiting trainees, in order to establish a self-management system of safety and health education and trainings.
